Chestnut Country Lodge DO NOT serve lunch. Should your clients be arriving earlier than the check-in time of 2pm and require lunch, they must pre-arrange for this service at the time of booking.
DINNER
Chestnut Country Lodge serves a 3 course table d'hote meal each evening @ R170.00 p/person.
TARIFF INCLUDES: 14% VAT
TARIFF EXCLUDES: TOMSA - Tourism Marketing Levy of 1% on B&B Accommodation
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES
Guests may check-in no earlier than 2pm unless previously arranged. Check-out time is 11am on date of departure.
This time may be extended by prior arrangement with management.
PAYMENT
REQUIREMENTS & CANCELLATION CLAUSE
This RACK Rate applies to direct/general public bookings only.
Either a 100% deposit may be made into our bank account or
credit card details may be provided and be held as security
against the booking. No monies are taken from the credit card
prior to guests arriving, however a Pre-Authorisation will
be done to establish that sufficient funds are available.
The account may be settled in full upon departure when the
client presents his/her credit card.
Should the booking be cancelled within:
28-21 days prior to dates booked: 25% of total invoice due
21 - 14 days prior to dates booked: 50% of total invoice due
14 - 7 days prior to dates booked: 75% of total invoice
7 days or less prior to dates booked: 100% of total invoice
Chestnut Country Lodge reserves the right to cancel
any reservation for which the required pre-payment has not
been paid by the due date.
