MOHOLOHOLO REHABILTATION CENTRE FOR ENDANGERED BIRDS OF PREY – near HOEDSPRUIT

Come and witness the caring and nursing of sick, injured and abandoned wild birds and animals in a unique environment.   The rearing of a baby Hyena, Bushbuck, Warthog or Zebra or the caring of a Cape Vulture with a broken wing.  Make the acquaintance of a flying Lizard Buzzard.  A demonstration of a Black Eagle and Crowned Eagle or an African Hawk Eagle in flight.   A multitude of interesting wildlife encounters await you at Moholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre which has become the safe haven for Africa’s Magnificent Seven – the Martial Eagle, Black Eagle, Crowned Eagle, African Fish Eagle, Giant Eagle Owl, Tawny Eagle and the Bateleur.

Ideal surroundings for the nature and bird love.   There are only 2 tours per day.  The first tour is at 9.30am and the second tour of the day is at 3 pm.   The tour will take you approximately 2 hours and you will come away better educated on these magnificent animals and birds habitats.   High education value and great for children.
