GUIDE/DRIVER RATE : NETT R400.00 per night, Bed & Breakfast

LUNCH:
Chestnut Country Lodge does not serve lunch, however a light lunch can be offered by prior arrangement for guests arriving early.

DINNER:
Chestnut Country Lodge serves a 3 course table d'hote meal each evening for R180.00 p/person.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS & CANCELLATION CLAUSE:
A 100% pre-payment is required to secure direct bookings by either EFT into our bank account or by a secure link when paying with credit card.   Our banking details and/or secure link will be provided in the confirmation correspondence.

Should the booking be cancelled within:
28 - 21 days prior to dates booked: 25% of total invoice will be charged
21 - 14 days prior to dates booked: 50% of total invoice will be charged
14 - 7 days prior to dates booked: 75% of total invoice will be charged
7 days or less prior to dates booked: 100% of total invoice will be charged

A 15% administration fee will be levied against any refunds made for bookings cancelled prior to 28 days from arrival.

MINIMUM STAYS OVER LONG-WEEK-ENDS: A minimum stay of 2 nights is mandatory over long week-ends/public holidays
VALUE ADDS : Book for 3 nights DB&B and pay for dinners for first 2 nights only

Chestnut Country Lodge reserves the right to cancel any reservation for which the required pre-payment has not been paid by the due date.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in is from 2pm. Earlier check-in by previous arrangement. Check-out time is 11am on date
of departure. The check-out time may be extended by prior arrangement with management.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS & CANCELLATION CLAUSE:
This RACK Rate applies to direct bookings only. Either a 100% deposit may be made into our bank account or credit card details may be provided and be held as security against the booking. No money is taken from the credit card prior to guests arriving, however a pre-authorisation will be done to establish that sufficient funds are available. The account may be settled in full upon departure when the client presents his/her card. Should the booking be cancelled within:




28 - 21 days prior to dates booked:		25% of total invoice
21 - 14 days prior to dates booked:		50% of total invoice
14 - 7 days prior to dates booked:		75% of total invoice
7 days or less prior to dates booked:		100% of total invoice
